By the end of the course, the Psychologist will know or be able to do the following as a result of having taken this course...

-Discuss three core symptoms of anxiety.
-Describe three aspects regarding processes for panic disorder.
-Explain four within-person effects with panic disorder.
-List three types of phobias related to anxiety.
-Discuss three social avoidant personality disorder.
-Describe four main strands of psychological/social effects of panic disorder.
-Explain what is designed to assist panic clients in modifying specific aspects of their thinking by questioning the logical basis of their fears and by encouraging them to consider alternative ways of thinking.

The instructional level of this course is introductory, intermediate, or advanced depending on the learners clinical area of expertise.
